We have many students at INICIO who are homeschooled and attend sessions to allow them to experience a different learning environment whilst still feeling as comfortable as they would at home. We teach from year 1 all the way up to year 13 and can help to prepare students for their GCSE and A-level exams, as well as tutoring the younger years either the topics from the national curriculum or areas that you, as parents, feel that you might not be able to communicate as well to them at home.
There are lots and lots of children who are homeschooled now but we know that it can be difficult for you, as parents, to teach every subject and topic that you feel that they need. That's where we come in! Arranging private tuition in a particular subject(s) can help to bridge the gap between home and school. You may really want your child to have a knowledge of history (for example), but don't feel that it's your strong point and therefore aren't equipped to teach it to them. You may want them to learn a language from a young age to help them in later life, or even to help them with exam technique and filling in any gaps in knowledge if they are taking exams. We can help with all of these and take a little bit of the pressure off at the same time!
Alongside the highest standard of tuition, a wonderful benefit of students coming to our studio is that they are able to learn in a different environment, which allows home to feel more like home. We have 10-minute breaks between each of the sessions to allow children to interact and chat with all of the tutors as well as with other children of their own age and younger or older students. This is a great opportunity for them to meet others and socialise a little too.
Our lovely INICIO team is made up of lots of friendly tutors who really inspire the students and help them to realise their full potential. The studio is homely and welcoming and we even offer hot chocolate, tea, coffee and cookies! If you can’t get to our studio in Market Harborough, we offer online sessions too.
